What is a BB Pop Star Party?

How would you like your kids & their friends to have a party where they are the stars and they walk away with a personalized CD?
Or maybe you would like a recording experience party with specially written songs tailored to your event.

Well a BB Pop Star Party does exactly that. A group of up to 20 people get to spend a few hours in the studio where clients like Tinie Tempah (UK chart topper March 20210) The Chairmen (Surface Unsigned Festival winners 2008) or Dear Superstar (Manchester) have previously worked & record a CD of themselves singing their favorite chosen song, leaving with a certificate, colour printed CD and a full belly!

Type 1 - Birthday Parties (8-17 yrs)

After arrival (and calming down!) you will have dry rehearsals to get the hang of it & listen back on headphones!
A short break for some photos and song breakdown, then you are all back in to sing the final takes. 
We arrange a light refreshment buffet (for details scroll to bottom of page) whilst your 1st single is produced & you get to see the whole process.
You can have a special photo shoot on the red carpet in our purpose built Pop Star Parade if you choose and then we slightly rearrange the room and set up the spotlight for your solo. This can be a different song if you like.
Lastly we have a mini disco including your own song & current pop music using lazers, smoke & special LED strobes.

Kids under 16 must be accompanied by minimum 1 adult please! Dancing adults will be watched!!

We will provide the tracks, your producer of course, plus 1 FREE full colour CD for the party leader & certificate!
You can order extra discs for everyone & each party will have a group picture taken in the studio for use on the CD.

Type 2 - Stag & Hen Parties / Special Celebrations

Events are arranged either through us or in conjunction with our many party partners depending on the celebration. Special Birthdays are 18^th, 21^st, 30^th, 40^th. Wedding Anniversaries are for Silver, Ruby, Gold.
There are 2 hotels both within 2 miles of the studio: Ansty Hall (MacDonald 5* Hotel) & a Premier Inn. Alternatively, we can suggest luxury accommodation to rent within the area, such as Arden Hill Farmhouse, or others more locally.

Order of Events for Stag/Hens: (example)

Saturday morning - Check-in & organise group at Premier Inn, Ansty. Move on to BB Studio 1.00pm for buffet.
Saturday afternoon - Stags/Hens sing to backing tracks to make single/EP for loved ones (4-5 hours)
Saturday evening - BB Studio organise taxi/limo firms for return transport to Coventry/Leicester/Birmingham.
Saturday night - Accommodation in the Premier Inn, Ansty (Coventry East).
Sunday - Collection of finished single/EP in morning followed by activity in afternoon - similarly priced local activities include Paint Balling (UK Paintball), Rifle Shooting (on-site with BFR), Chill at Coombe Abbey Park, Karting (CovKart), Pampering (Esporta), Personal Massage or Tai-Chi Sessions (Balance-HealthFitness), Ricoh Arena Events, Ice Skating (SkyDome), Bowling & Quasar (Megabowl), Canal trip to Coventry Canal Basin etc. (all to be confirmed at time of booking).

The Sunday Activity/Transport/Hotel costs vary depending on your specific party number.

Special celebrations get a little bit more involved and there are some very fancy bespoke options available for the main man or head hen or whoever the event is for. The parties are longer and we custom write a song for you to play at the wedding or your own party later on.  The buffet is Italian themed with cold meats & cheese, olives and all the trimmings with a complimentary 'Prosecco' greeting, courtesy of the studio. Spanish/American themes avilable.  You get full use of the all-new CEDAR POD room where new music is created, with outside decking, looking out onto Mobbs Wood and a thoroughly tranquil field setting. This is pleasure in the 'can'! All these parties are designed and delivered to your requirements.

• All parties must be paid for in full at the time of booking or a deposit left through our Paypal facility
• Cheques are only accepted 7 days in advance of the party to allow clearing time
• If paying in full by Paypal on the day there will be a 4% extra charge
• Song choices must be detailed via email 1 week in advance of booking
• Lyrics will be provided by organisers (BB Studio)
• Any dietary requirements must be made aware to organisers 1 week in advance of booking
• At least 1 adult must be present throughout the party for groups under age 16 years old
• Cakes are provided by party bookers not organisers
• Adults must be prepared to wear hats & sing (at least once) for the spirit of the party!!!!
• Pictures will be taken of the parties to be used on the personalised CD and these may be used in future promotional material, unless specifically requested not in advance of booking. Requests will be respected.

To ensure your childrens safety a fire risk assessment has been completed and staff are trained in emergency evacuation procedures. A minimum of 1 accompanying adult is required to be present for all parties to proceed.

Buffet for Type 1: Childrens Parties. All fresh bought on the day & includes: chocolates, crisps, mini pasties, sausage rolls, egg bites, cocktail sausages, cheese & onion pasties, grapes & fruit squash plus ham &/or Philadelphia sandwhiches. Allergy awereness is built into the checklist we send you on booking. Buffet for budget party available on request.
