David Moorcroft (Olympic Gold Medalist) had a flying visit, against all odds, as both he and I were stranded abroad due to the volcanic ash. Thankfully we both made it back to bleak Blighty safely and the appointment was rearranged for the Saturday morning (oddly enough when the football lads were in too).

David Wright (pictured) is the organiser of the British Business Awards Association (www.bbaa.co.uk) which has been running 15 years and asked David to make a speech for the video which briefly outlines the contestants for the awards - and so it was done.

Not even an erupting volcano will stop this world champion from getting to the meeting on time!!!
