During a quiet period of April I took the chance of nipping off for a much needed holiday in Portugal with my family - a relative was getting married there but we had decided to stay a bit longer - and then the world went crazy ... Iceland decided to get all hot and off went the volcano 2 days before we were due to to return. 6 days after the planned return date we finally all made it home and could carry on.

Special thanks to John (VirginMedia) for his patience over the football song which will be completed this weekend and massive thanks of course to David Moorcrofts & his organisers. David was also stranded but was safely returned last night. 

It's going to be a busy weekend now at the studio including the Pop Star Party for Sophie & her 9 party-pals and a 48 hour session is anticipated. So in the spirit of St George and football generally - come on England!
